 About Us Gary Weissman, a founding partner in Conflict Management Associates, LLC, is a qualified mediator and arbitrator and a trainer. He practiced law for 30 years in Minneapolis, has mediated civil and family law cases since 1983, taught Alternative Dispute Resolution at William Mitchell College of Law for 15 years, and has trained negotiators, mediators, and arbitrators in Minnesota, Illinois, Ontario, and Panama. Gary resides in Jackson Hole, WY and is the only Wyoming member (“Distinguished Fellow”) of the International Academy of Mediators. He has authored or co-authored articles in law journals on mediation and on data privacy. He continues to write his column, called “Legal Esoterica,” for The Hennepin Lawyer, which he began in 1984. Gary earned a BA (and a Certificate of African Studies) from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from Georgetown University. LANGUAGES: Spanish (Very well); Portuguese (Fair); French (Reading Level). Gary is a member of the Jackson Hole Writers Group, the Citizens Mounted Patrol, Chamber of Commerce, and Back Country Horsemen. He also volunteers at the Jackson Animal Shelter, the Teton Literacy Center, and with Horse Warriors.
Dana Cradeur, the other founding partner in Conflict Management Associates, LLC, is a qualified mediator, negotiator, and a coach and trainer of conflict/dispute resolutions. She draws upon her international and corporate experience in negotiating, contracts, project/process management, and strategic planning and over 10 years studying emotional behaviors. Dana is also the founder of Dana International Consulting, LLC where she is an author of Recipe for Negotiating Business Deals Successfully and a member of The Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. Dana’s specialty is in developing negotiation strategies to resolve domestic and international contractual disputes. Prior to starting her company, she was the global contract manager for a division in Schlumberger. She earned a Petroleum Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Dana resides in Jackson Hole, WY where she is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Soroptmist, Teton Mentoring Program, and Wyoming Business Women Roundtable Discussion. She enjoys hiking, working out, traveling, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, dancing, and horseback riding.
